During the winter season, the Polar Bear Kids’ Club provides a dedicated programme for pre-school children between 2 and 5 years of age. Year-round, the concierge team can arrange family-tailored experiences – from gentle snowshoe walks and Alpine picnics to guided hikes and outdoor adventures for children of all ages.

Yes. Babysitting at Le Grand Bellevue can be arranged upon request. Please arrange in advance to ensure availability.

Yes. Well-behaved pets are very welcome at Le Grand Bellevue. Gstaad itself is a particularly pet-friendly destination, with extensive walking trails and an outdoor culture that suits animals as much as their owners.

Yes. We provide a pet bed as well as bowls for water and food to ensure your companion feels as at home as you do. Please inform the hotel at the time of booking so arrangements can be prepared in advance.

We are delighted to welcome your four-legged companion. A nightly fee of CHF 50 per dog applies (food not included). Please note that dogs are not allowed in Leonard’s or the Sushi Bar, but are welcome at Le Petit Chalet, on the terrace, and in The Bar. Please contact our reservations team for any additional information on pet-related policies.

Yes. Cots and baby amenities can be arranged for guests with infants. We also assist in organising babysitting on request. Please inform the reservations team of your requirements and the age of your child at the time of booking.
