Is there an indoor swimming pool?

Yes. Le Grand Spa features an indoor pool within its thermal wellness circuit, available to all hotel guests.

Are there signature spa treatments or bespoke wellness programmes?

Yes. Treatments are crafted in partnership with Bamford, Cellcosmet Switzerland, and myBlend, offering everything from deep tissue massage and botanical body treatments to advanced B.R.F. anti-ageing facials. Programmes can be tailored entirely to individual preferences and wellness goals.

Do spa treatments need to be booked in advance?

Yes. We strongly recommend reserving treatments ahead of arrival, particularly during peak winter and summer seasons. Our spa team will be happy to build a personalised wellness programme before you arrive.

Is there a fitness centre with personal training or private classes?

Yes. A fully equipped fitness centre is available to all guests. Personal training sessions, yoga classes, and bespoke fitness programmes can be arranged on request.

Does the hotel offer wellness retreats or seasonal wellness programmes?

Seasonal wellness retreats and curated programmes are offered throughout the year, combining spa treatments, fitness, nutrition, and mindful Alpine experiences. Details are available in the current Spa Brochure or directly from the spa team.

Le Grand Spa works with three world-class partners: Bamford, the English botanical wellness brand celebrated for its organic, plant-based approach; Cellcosmet Switzerland, a pioneer in cellular skincare with over 50 years of Swiss scientific expertise; and myBlend. Together they define the treatment philosophy of Le Grand Spa.

Is spa access included in the room rate?

Yes. Access to Le Grand Spa – including the Thermal Oasis, indoor pool, sauna, hammam, and all relaxation areas – is complimentary for all hotel guests throughout their stay. Treatments and therapies are bookable separately.

What is the minimum age for spa access?

A minimum age of 14 is required to access the Fitness Centre and the Thermal Oasis. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in these areas. Facial and body treatments are available from the age of 12 with parental consent. Massages are available from the age of 5 with parental consent. Manicure and pedicure services are available for children of all ages. Children of all ages are welcome during designated swimming hours, accompanied by an adult where under 16. After 17:00 in winter and 18:00 in summer, the pool is reserved for guests aged 16 and over.

Can couples book spa treatments together?

Yes. Couples treatments and shared spa experiences can be arranged. A private double treatment room is available for guests wishing to enjoy treatments simultaneously.
