Is Le Grand Bellevue currently under construction?

Le Grand Bellevue is building Les Résidences – two new chalets with 20 extraordinary Suites and 4 exclusive Residences, under construction between March 2026 and 2028. The hotel remains fully open and fully operational throughout. All rooms, suites, restaurants, Le Grand Spa, and all guest facilities continue as normal. The work represents a significant investment in the hotel’s future.

Will the construction of the new building affect my stay at Le Grand Bellevue?

The development is designed to have minimal impact on the guest experience. All interior spaces – rooms, suites, restaurants, The Bar, Le Grand Spa, and public areas – remain entirely unaffected. Depending on the period of your stay, there may be some daytime noise and minor visual impact. We recommend contacting the hotel directly ahead of your stay if you have specific questions about the current works.

When will the construction be completed?
