Krug Chalet

Until 30 March 2019: A new exclusive private dining experience is now making a guest appearance on the snowy Bellevue grounds. You can enjoy an exquisite lunch or dinner and sublime champagne in our Krug Chalet until the end of March 2019.

Massimo Bottura in Gstaad

21 March 2019: We are delighted to welcome internationally-renowned chef Massimo Bottura to Le Grand Bellevue, where he and his team will be taking over the kitchen at LEONARD’s for one night only. The restaurateur is best-known as the chef patron of Osteria Francescana, a three-Michelin-star in Modena which has topped the list of the world’s best restaurants. Mexican Nights

13 January and 10 March 2019: New head chef Marcus G. Lindner will take guests on a culinary voyage through Central America with seasonal Mexican nights, serving up traditional empanadas, ceviche and quesadillas.
