The perfect couple’s hideaway, our Alpine Spa Suite is a special place to spend some private time together. Small groups or individuals can also book the Thermal Oasis between 21.00 and 23.00 every night.

A Day Spa pass will provide you with access to all of Le Grand Spa’s facilities, including the Thermal Oasis and the Swimming Pool.

• Please arrive 45 minutes before your treatment (late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time)
• To cancel or reschedule your treatment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the treatment is due to start (if you cancel later than this, a 50% cancellation charge will be added. No-shows will incur the full charge)
• Please let our Spa Receptionist know of any pre-existing conditions, such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, or allergies, prior to your treatment
• For your comfort, we will provide you with a luxury cotton robe and slippers for use in the spa. Your therapist will also provide you with disposable undergarments
• Proper training shoes are required in our fitness facilities at all times

Take the kids for a dip in the swimming pool during our dedicated splash hours, every day from 14.00 – 16.00. Our fun-filled family hours are the perfect time for aquatic play.
