1st February - Domaine Fourrier

Jean-Marie Fourrier is undoubtedly one of the most important names in Burgundy today, producing wines with minimal intervention that he believes capture the unique character and expression of every individual terroir. Join us for a very intimate dinner with tastings of Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru ‘Clos St Jacques’, ‘Combe aux Moines’ and ‘Cherbaudes’.

3rd February - Domaine de Montille

Burgundy lovers with an affinity for back vintage bottles, premier / grand cru wines, and beyond, this one’s for you. Join us on February 3rd for an unmissable dinner with Étienne de Montille, featuring a lineup of world-class wines from his cellar. Étienne de Montille is a leader and pioneer of organic and biodynamic viticulture in Burgundy. Wines to be featured include 15+ year old bottles from Malconsorts, special pours from Corton Charlemagne, Chevalier-Montrachet, and more.

8th February - Biondi Santi

In the realm of Tuscan wine, Biondi-Santi is as good as it gets. For a taste of Montalcino’s best, join us on February 8th for an incredible Vertical tasting of their Riserva. Biondi-Santi is an original pioneer of Brunello di Montalcino and remains one of the region’s most sought after and iconic names for this world-renowned, Sangiovese-based wine. Italian wine aficionados, you don’t want to miss this one.

10th February - Château Angelus

Right Bank Bordeaux lovers are no strangers to the delights of Château Angelus. For an unmatchable experience, join us on February 10th for a delectable wine dinner at Le Grand Bellevue. Wine highlights include impressive back-vintage Angelus bottles from 1989, 1995, 2012, and the legendary 2000 vintage. Château Angelus is one of four Premier Grand Cru Classé A châteaux in Bordeaux, which is the highest estate classification on the Right Bank.

27th February - Domaine Méo Camuzet

For a night laden with elegant Red Burgundy, look no further than our curated winemaker dinner with Jean-Nicolas Méo of Domaine Méo-Camuzet. These wines are known for their concentration, richness, and full-bodied flavor profiles. Wine highlights include back-vintage bottles of Clos Vougeot (Près le Cellier and Grand Maupertuis 2009), Cros Parantoux, Richebourg 1996, and more.

Whether long-standing collector or new to Bordeaux, our upcoming Château Pavie dinner event promises to please. Located in the heart of Saint-Émilion, Pavie is best known for its Merlot-dominant grand vin. Our March 1st dinner at Le Grand Bellevue will feature numerous vintages of this prestigious wine. Château Pavie is one of four Premier Grand Cru Classé A châteaux, which is the highest classification for Bordeaux’s Right Bank.
