Using locally-sourced ingredients from nearby producers and trusted suppliers, Chef Marcus will combine fresh, lighter plates with warming seasonal dishes and mouthwatering sweet treats. Those with specific dietary requirements will also be well looked after – LEONARD’s welcomes you to Gstaad with the warmth of true Alpine hospitality.
Over at The Bar, we will retain an air of casual elegance with a new all day dining menu of Chef Marcus’ comforting favourites, including bistro style classic dishes, an array of sharing plates, homemade pastas and light bites.
