HEALTH & SAFETY REGULATIONS (17.02.2022)

According to the latest announcement of health and safety regulations in Switzerland, starting on the 17th of February 2022, the federal government has lifted the majority of measures. Masks and COVID Certificates are no longer required to access the hotel, public areas, restaurants as well as the spa. For detailed information , kindly visit the official information published by the BAG here.

ENHANCED SANITATION & HYGIENE PROCESSES

We are following the health and safety regulations outlined by the World Health Organisation and local health authorities.

As Le Grand Bellevue reopens for another summer season, the hotel has been deep-cleaned and disinfected, and housekeeping staff have undergone rigorous training to align with new Covid-19 standards. All employees will be required to check their temperature before commencing their shift, ensuring the hotel remains a safe place for all.

Ozone purifiers are used in each guest room prior to check in and check out, and there will be whenever possible a 24 hour disinfection period between check-in on any one guest room. Mattresses are cleaned with UV light, hotel keys are thoroughly disinfected between each guest stay and we have hand sanitizing stations throughout the hotel.

Thanks to state-of-the-art ventilation, a regular air exchange (every 10 minutes) with fresh air is guaranteed in our signature restaurant Leonard’s and The Bar and both outlets are periodically treated with Ozone purifiers.

We have also distributed masks and gloves to all key departments in accordance with local guidelines. Additionally, guests are required to wear a face mask in all indoor public areas, with some exceptions. Staff will wear masks at all timesSafety & hygiene kits will be available to each guest room including masks, hand sanitizer and sanitization wipes.

Ensuring guest safety is prioritized at all times, we have introduced the Le Grand Bellevue App, meaning guests can virtually contact members of staff for anything they might need.

We have implemented contactless deliveries for room service, as well as a luggage and car disinfecting service.
